1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products or eBooks.
  • Customized or signed copies (if applicable).
  • Books damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping
