How can I place an order on your website?
You can browse our books, add your selected items to the cart, and complete your purchase by proceeding to checkout and making an online payment.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Creating an account is recommended for easy order tracking and faster checkout, but guest checkout may also be available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect book?
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments only through Razorpay, including UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and supported wallets.
Is it safe to make payments on your website?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Razorpay using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using Razorpay.
What should I do if my payment fails but money is deducted?
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Will I receive an invoice or payment confirmation?
Yes, after successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email and/or SMS.
